Default Samsung S4 Mini Unable to Detect SD Card Reader

    Hi

I have been trying to connect an external SD Card Reader (Samsung own brand) into the micro USB, but the phone fails to detect it??

I have the latest firmware and I can connect to my computer through the USB no problem... Oh the card reader worked fine on an S4 & S5..

    Any Ideas please???

    Cheers

You probably need to use an OTG cable. I don't think you can plug a USB reader directly into the phone's microUSB port.
