Need help installing a custom ROM

So shortly after fixing my issue of having no OS on my phone, I've since then run into another problem. I can install ROMs using TWRP on my phone, but any time I try to boot up my phone after that it sends me to my recovery. As though I'm still missing an OS. If anyone knows of some good Sense 6 ROMs for an HTC One mini that might work with an AT&T variant, please let me know.
