my moto e [xt1022] on conecting with my acer netbook can its not coming some time it comes in mobile as scaner/camera and work on selecting music etc not coming i am not using it fully by usb how i coonect in my net book and transfer files

Welcome to Android Central! When you connect via USB, swipe down the Notification Shade and tap the USB connection notification. Then make sure MTP is selected. Is that what you're doing?

Also, make sure you've gotten past the lock screen, since the computer won't be able to access any data on the phone if it's still locked.
