Camera help

[AC Question]

My phone (Galaxy S5) does not show selective focus. I was told to go into the phone settings from apps but my camera icon is not there, it is only on my home screen and when I touch it, it just goes into picture taking mode. Any help would be appreciated.

What happens if, when you've gone into camera, you swipe from the left or whatever....don't your settings appear?
