Need an inexpensive but good android for my 14 yo daughter

Hi,

I'm very new to the world of tablet technology, and I don't have a clue which Android to buy. I see a Zeepad Google Android on NoMore Rack for only $60, but I have no idea how good it is. I have to have one that will support Net Nanny. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think AC rated this tablet pretty good.

However, with 4GB internal, there won't be much room for apps. If you can get an 8GB that would be better.
