LG Intuition (Verizon 4.1.2 Software Updated) Keyboard Doesn't Work

[AC Question]

My LG Intuition (Verizon 4.1.2) keyboard doesn't work.

When I go to Settings>Application Manager>Running Applications>LG Keyboard this is what it shows:

LG Keyboard
0 processes and 1 service
16MB Restarting

Then briefly (like maybe 1/2second to 1 full second)....

LG Keyboard
1 process and 1 service
13MB

I've run AVG Virus scan - no viruses.
I've cleaned my caches.
I've powered down & restarted - still no keyboard.
I've powered down & restarted in safe mode - still no keyboard.
I've powered down & waited 2 hours before rebooting - still no keyboard.

Please help. Any ideas?

Welcome to Android Central! Have you considered installing other keyboards, like Google Keyboard?
