Help Me

[AC Question]

I have a galaxy s3 mini. One day it was working regularly. Later in the day, it stopped working and said I didn't have signal. I cut my phone off and left it off all night. When I cut it back on, I still didn't have signal and my sound was not working either. I am trying to reset my phone now to see if that would make a difference but it says I need a password. I don't remember setting a password for it at all. Help me please

Welcome to Android Central! So you never had a password unlock set before, and now you do? That's a little odd. Is it the usual password unlock screen? Can you take a picture and post it here?
