My huawei ascend pone doesnt want to work

I got this phone Janurary of this year and it worked fine until now i had to do a factory reset tfour times now and all of my music and images are gone . I am done with this phone and now my apps on my phone dont want to even turn on i always have to report it or shut my whole phone down and turn it back on and do it a couple of times . What should I do at this point ?
