It's still a very capable phone... Would I use my upgrade on it? Probably not... Good specs and dev support

Depends upon how much you are going to spend. I wouldn't spend the $650 retail price on it of course, but its a wonderful phone for the right price....and a nice upgrade for those who are using lower spec devices.

Nope... It's at the end of it's update life. Samsung pumps out new models so fast the updates don't really keep coming to last Gen devices.

That's why I'm a Nexus guy.

However, I am jealous of Multiwindow and S-Pen. 2 things that make the Note 2 so very worthwhile.
