Voice Mate Lg G2 vs980 Verizon

[AC Question]

having trouble with voice mate tapped to turn on and now it talks all the time and
has stopped my phone from working right everything I tap on it tells me what it is
I know this will help people that are blind but I want to stop it and it won't let me.
I had to bang on screen just to turn off phone. Help
