Default Restoring System to previous date

Since my operating system (442) has been updated I've experienced problems with some professional software which isn't performing reliably. Can I restore my nexus7 to a date before the update?
  2. Best Answer

Short Answer: You can... It requires flashing via fastboot.

Long Answer: Which Model exactly? 2012? 2013? WiFi only? 3G? 4G? Are you comfortable flashing? Is your bootloader unlocked? Bootloader must be unlocked and unlocking it will wipe all your data? Are you prepared to maybe loose all data?
