Help I need help

[AC Question]

SO YESTERDAY my galaxy S4 lost its mobile network I could connect to my home wifi and go online when I'm outside I can't call text or online When I try to do that it says not registered on network. When I try connecting to my network it says unable to connect try later in the notification bar there's a triangle and inside is a exclamation mark it says NO SERVICE
SELECTED network (tmobile) not available

My phone normally could connect and call and get wifi but suddenly it stopped yesterday

Maybe the SIM card is bad?
