My samsung galaxy ace, frozen like ice cream

Hey everyone!

I got a bit of a problem here, you see I have rebooted two phones before, htc and samsung but this time samsung galaxy ace cannot reboot. I pressed the power button and home button, the reboot, wipe/data cache and clear al data comes up and I also pressed the up volume + home button + power button. It also came on the same screen. I first pressed wipe cache and reboot phone and it still didn't come to the home screen, it was frozen on the samsung galaxy Ace startup. Why is this happening any answer

Welcome to Android Central! If you have a microSD card inserted, remove it and try rebooting again, since a corrupt card can cause problems. Also, try a new battery.
