I payed £10 for a voucher and I put in the code that went right and then I payed for a app then 5 mins later I refunded it I have not yet got back my money. Can you get it back if you have a voucher and no bank card on the accont. Will I get the money back please can someone tell me.

Yes, I believe it is 15 minutes.
