HTC One Mini stuck in Fastboot

[AC Question]

I restarted my HTC One Mini and it went into the Fastboot screen and seems to be stuck there. It will not turn on no matter what I do or try. It is under warranty and I can get a new phone, but I would like to get all my pictures off of the phone and not lose them all. It also says it is locked at the top, not sure if that has anything to do with it being stuck. Is there anyway to turn the phone on or remove the pictures if it is stuck in Fastboot?
