After my phone updated, it got reset to the factory settings. All of my apps, contacts, and settings were deleted. When this happened in the past, I just used the Mobile I.D. app and my previous settings were saved as an I.D. However, this time the Mobile I.D. app is saying that the only I.D. is the factory settings. If anyone else is having the same problem, PLEASE HELP.
Anyone else have problems with the new update?
