my phone gave me the notification for the new update, so i clicked and began the update at approximately 3.30am and i had put it on charge too, the android bot came up and there was a bar that was loading up to 100%. After it completed, it rebooted, and the
"Samsung Galaxy Note 2, GTN---" etc came up, then the Samsung Logo flashing, in decided to leave it as it is, and went to sleep.
i woke up at 9.30 am to find that the screen was exactly the same no change or anything, the Samsung Logo still flashing, i took it off charge pressed the main button with no response and then held the power button, same thing. i went back to sleep. i checked it again at 1pm, and still its the same thing except its occasionally makes noises. some one advised me to wait a little longer, it is now 4pm, over 12 HOURS since its been updating and i have put it on charge again. i dont know what to do. PLEASE HELP!!
