Help moving data from Blackberry Bold to Galaxy S5

[AC Question]

I am looking for some help in transferring my data from my Blackberry Bold to my new S5. I have tried to use the Samsung Smart Switch and it keeps giving me a error that the file may be corrupted or encrypted. I backed it up numerous times and still got the same response. Is there another way to do this? Thanks for any and all help.
