Backing up Galaxy S4

[AC Question]

I have a Samsung S4 and it is starting to act up. I was told to back up my phone using Keis and then do a factory reset on my phone and then reinstall everything. Then someone else told me not to back up using Keis, but I should use G-mail to back it up. What should I do?

You can do both.

1. You can backup contacts with Gmail and files with Kies.
