Lines on screen after dropping

Hello everybody! Today i dropped my ZTE BLADE Q MINI and the screen didn't crack, only i can see is many thin horizontal lines that make display look old and ugly. Also there are sometimes vertical lines and they are white when i open google chrome or some app where the display is almost white - that lines depend on dominant display color. After a minute or less they are gone, but that's very annoying. What is the problem? Can it be moved LCD connector or something? Thanks in advance! Sorry for bad english!!!!

It sounds like you need to replace your screen. Is the display responding to your touch?

What can i do before replacing screen? Any other ideas?

Replace the screen and you should be good. Since the touch input works fine, that means that the digitizer isn't broken.
