I miss calls and texts as the volume reduces so I can't hear. When I check settings all are on minimum even though I set them on Max on Samsung S5.

Well, need more information on this like are you using the bluetooth headset to call or something else which results in reducing the volume or.... I can't help you with just a single information that there is some volume problem. Anyway do one thing while you were on the call try pressing and holding the volume up button and see if that works for just fine for you or not ??
