SNote does not sync across all devices on Note Pro 12.2
Just spent 1.5 hours on the phone with Samsung customer service (the rep did a great job). The notes you take on your compatible Galaxy Note products in the SNote app will not automatically sync with Snote on the Note Pro 12.2.
So for example if I take a note on my Note2 phone that note automatically will sync with my Note8 and vice versa.
I tried for 1 day to get the notes on my Note2 and Note8 to sync with the NotePro 12.2 and was not successful. The Samsung rep used a neat app to access my NotePro12.2 and he could not get the notes on the other compatible devices to synce. He EXPRESSLY noted that this needs to be fixed and it should do it automatically if connected to your samsung account. Of particular importance is that there is NO REFRESH button on the NotePro 12.2 that allows for automatic syncing between all your compatible note devices. The rep admitted that this is something they will need to fix because the automatic compatibility is a unique and IMPORTANT feature.
If they dont fix this auto sync feature I may have to take back the NotePro12.2. I need the compatibility and functionality between my Note2 Phone and the tablet.
