I switched my LG L70 running kit kat 4.4.2 from dalvik to ART, but when my phone finishes "optimizing apps", the lock screen is frozen, the
info bar at the top wont come down and the keyboard will not appear. every 5 minutes it will randomly restart. My only suspicion is that it had nearly full memory before i switched to ART and now it has run out of storage space. it will no register on my computer so i cant delete data that way. i would prefer to keep my data. anyone have any suggestions?
