Default Volume on Samsung Galaxy s4 messed up

    Hi.
Frequently the volume will go all the way up as if the volume button is jammed, but it isn't jammed. It only happens when I have headphones in and only effects media volume, it does not affect ringer volume. I have no idea why it's doing this, I've only had it three months and I haven't had it out in the rain or anything. I tried searching but I found no one with similar problems. It really hurts my ears. Any solutions?

Maybe clearing the system cache in recovery?
