s4 not turning on

While updating i turned my phone off and it is not starting on any cost what will i do now..

Welcome to Android Central! What were you updating? Was it a system update? Or were you updating apps? Were you doing this over the air, or by using Kies?

Have you tried pulling the battery for about 10 seconds, putting it back in, and pressing and holding the power button for about 10 seconds?

If you have a microSD card inserted, try removing it and then powering it on again.
