Samsung Galaxy Fame running very slow, crashing etc

Hi,

I have had my phone since November 2013 and it is getting worse. I takes about 30 seconds to open up certain apps, eg Map My Walk and then crashes. It has also been known to just crash and shut down, requiring me to remove the battery to "reboot" it. I am not very technical but have attempted to remove any apps, photos etc from the memory, it now has at least half available, but it is not any better. Please help?

Go to Settings > Storage > Cached Data, open the latter and clear the cache. It may help. If not, report back.

Don't have the option 'cache data' when I go into storage?

Hello just brought samsung Fame mine is doing it as well done a factory reset and still crashing only try to put facebook in but keeps not responding please can somebody help think samsung should replace the phones free of charge
