Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini got wet

So I had a seizure and dropped my phone in water. Immediately my roommate put it in a bag of rice and now all I have is a green screen if it turns on at all. Suggestions?

How long has it been in the rice? You want to give it plenty of time.

The screen can take 5 days to clear, where the internals can function within 24 hours. Try to allow more time if you can. Sorry for your mishap.
