S-Note Galaxy tab 10.1

[AC Question]

Hi Huys,
My S-notes on galaxy tab are failing to save.
Have cleared cache & freed up additional storage space, however, problem persists.

Any help much appreciated.

What do you mean failing? Could you provide a little more information as to what problems you are having?

When I open my S-Note & either attempt to close it or save changes, it will not save & says "Failed to Save Document"
Grateful for any advice.
