LG Optimus F3 contacts issue.

The past few days I haven't been able to access my contacts list, call logs, favorites, or groups. The only things I can access is the dialer. When I try to open my contacts or try to add a contact it crashes and go immediately to my home screen. I don't get an error or any message, I talked with someone at the Sprint store and he told me to restart my phone which didn't work; then he suggested a factory reset. Which as you can guess didn't written either. Do any of you have this issue or possibly know what's going on?
