Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro SM - T520 will not download email attachments.

I cannot download email attachments using my Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1. I have looked in the "settings" to see if there was antyihg to do with email that might help but can find nothing to resolve the problem. Would appreciate any help for amnyone who has had the same problem andfound a solution. Thanks

In the stock Email app, tap Menu, then Settings, then tap the email account you're using. There should be an option there for downloading attachments.
