AC Question
The screen on my Galaxy Note 2 doesn't work - I guess the LCD is broken? The phone turns on, makes alert sounds, even my daily alarm goes off as normal. But without the screen, I can't unlock the phone, much less control anything else on it. I now have a Note 3 as replacement, but with the broken screen on the Note 2, I can't use any of the normal data transfer methods. Is there any way to get the phone numbers saved on the Note 2 device memory in this situation? Unfortunately, a lot of my contacts weren't synced with Google. I can connect the Note 2 to my computer and access files through Android File Transfer. But I don't think contacts are accessible there; at least I couldn't find anything. I even tried putting the old sim card into my Note 3 on the off chance I could export something, but no contacts saved in the sim card. Is there some way, maybe, to mirror the Note 2 screen on a computer? Any ideas short of getting the Note 2 screen fixed in order to use it?
or perhaps this is just a chance to start again with a clean slate...
