    Hello All,

Maybe someone has a remedy. After landing from a trip to Mexico, where all mobile networking and data roaming was off and the phone was in airplane mode, I turned my phone on. All was as usual, but then something with ATT syncing my address book when available popped up and then suddenly most of my contacts are gone. Did anyone have a similar situation?

Thanks in advance for any direction.

It still shouldn't have erased your contacts. Try wiping the cache partition: Reset: Samsung Galaxy Note 3 | T-Mobile Support

This is a good reason why you should consider saving all of your contacts to your Google account, rather than only locally on the phone.
