samsung S5 got wet and now the keyboard will not let me unlock phone.

Did you dry it well with a cloth and made sure no water got inside?

If you suspect at least a bit of water got in, get the battery and cards out and place the phone in rice or silica packets for a few days just to be on the safe side.
