Drivers needed for Prestigio 5451 for root

[AC Question]

Just bought a 5451 duo. I connect to computer and says device is not recognized. Its running 4.2.2. I cant find drivers and tech support tells me they are online but shouldnt need them. I have phone in debugging mode and when I restart my laptop it finds it and connects and then 10 seconds later says its not found again. Not sure what the problem is but I really need to root my phone to run an app I need and cant seem to get anywhere for the past 4 hours. Any help is greatly appreciated!
