S5 Samsung Account Won't Sync Or Connect To Play Store

I've been having trouble with my galaxy s5 lately. I can connect to all other apps such as facebook and instagram however i cant connect to the play store, it just says 'no connection'.
My clock is also displaying the wrong time for its time zone so i had a play around and read some other threads they said it may have something to do with my samsung account. So i had a look and it said it is unable to sync at the moment.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Make sure the date and time match network as closely as possible, then try connecting to Google Play Store again. Adjust the date and time manually if you need to.
