    Default How to deal with motorola customer support??

    About 3 and half weeks ago I requested a repair through Motorola's advanced exchange program. I was told that I would receive a replacement phone and could then send in my broken device. After waiting a week for the phone, we called and were told that we had to send in our phone first. So we did, after waiting a day for them to send us the shipping label the "forgot" to include in the first e-mail. We waited for about another week and a half and still no phone. As of now, I have been told 3 separate times that a phone was being shipped, yet still no phone. I just don't know what to do at this point? Is there any way to resolve this?
