Hi there people looking for some help with my GG2
It's saying 100% charged but once taken out of cradle turns straight off??
Tried holding button for 3/5secs
And 10+secs but still nothing..

Does the watch power up while connected to the dock? If so, have you tried a factory reset of the Galaxy Gear 2? Give that a go, while it's on the charging dock. Also, check out the Gear 2/Neo forums. I don't recall seeing that problem raised in there, but a good place to post to see if anyone else had that issue!

Thanks for the advice but this may sound like a stupid question as I'm not gadget minded (how do you do factory reset on the watch) ???

Not a stupid question at all!! They hide it pretty well.
Apps (four square icon)> settings>(scroll ALL the way down) Reset Gear
I'm not sure if I can add a vid from my phone demonstrating...

(Btw, a BIG chunk of my 280+ posts have been "stupid questions". )
