    I am not able to sync my Microsoft calendar to my Galaxy s3. version 4.4.2, model SCH 1535

    I have been on the phone with Samsung and Verizon. No one has been able to assist me.

    this problem is new as a result of Verizon resetting my device from a previous problem.

    I can start Kies 3 on my computer with my device pluged in. during the syncing process-an error message pops up-stating there is an error-with not suggestions.

    I am stuck.

    All help is appreciated.
