Sd card can't be detected.

I am using Sony Xperia M and my memory card is Kingston 32GB Micro SD HC. I was listening to songs on my phone and it suddenly stops and when I checked it said that the SD card is unavailable/not detected. I tried cleaning it and inserting it back few times and it's still can't be detected. I also tried inserting it on Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 and the results is the same, same goes when I tried connection the phone to pc and it can't be detected. If possible I don't want to reset the data in the SD card. Your advice/help is kindly needed. Thank you.

Sounds like a defective card, not much you can do if the card is not detected by the pc
