Youtube buffering

I am using Samsung Galaxy S5 and I have issues with youtube. When I want to watch youtube on 4g it takes a long time to load and constantly buffers but when I am on wifi it loads quickly without buffering. Then after a few weeks when I try to play youtube on my 4g it loads quickly and later few weeks it went back to load very long ans buffers a lot. What is the problem I have and how can I fix it?

It could be your carrier's signal. Have you checked that?

That sounds like something on the network/carrier's side. Not sure if you can do anything about it.

I am on my phone now but the results are
Ping: 25Ms
Download: 0.51 mbps
Upload: 1.83 mbps
