best & cheapest phone advice

Hi I am looking for the best and cheapest phone for running clash of clans and minecraft? I found a site that recommended the Galaxy Note 3 what is your advice?

It's a lot cheaper now. It is still a top line phone and great for games. Probably none better. Maybe the G3.
If you can get a Note 3 at a great price and can afford it, go for it. It could be available for close to a mid range price now new, and cheaper used, if you're careful. A no brainier.

If you want a new phone that is easy on the wallet, consider the Moto G. I'd be cautious about looking for used phones, unless they're sold through a reputable retailer as a refurbished unit.

Yes. It still ain't in the cheap range, the Note 3. I have one, but I sold my other phone today, a Galaxy S2 and think I may get a Moto G or a windows phone. The Moto G has better screen and specs than Samsung's 2011 flagship phone.
