Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 edition

Have 500 Meg of mobile data on phone from optus , apn set to yes Internet but cannot use for some reason when not near WiFi. Your advice would be appreciated, thank you, Dale. Sydney Aus

Welcome to Android Central! Sorry for the basic question but your mobile data is turned on, right? Have you spoken to Optus about this?

Thanks for your reply. I have contacted opt us on three occasions and they say it is problem with the device. Last night opt us again contacted me and told me that being a new machine my sim card settings are not compatible with my 10.1 note 2014 edition. They will be sending me a modified sim card I the next week. Thanks again.
