ERROR: System UI

[AC Question]

Hi. Anyone can help me, i get a error message on my Nubia Z5S , the error is < Unfortunately, System UI has stopped. >
i can't do anything when i get this message, it's keep on comes out to screen.
PLEASE HELP !!!

Welcome to Android Central! Did this just begin? Are you rooted or unrooted? Does the problem persist after a reboot?

I would suggest booting into Recovery Mode and wiping the cache partition, or booting into Safe Mode, but I can't find anything on the web about this.

Have you made any UI changes? I suggest wiping your cache and rebooting into safe mode. If the problem still persists, I recommend a factory reset
