Retrieving information

[AC Question]

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 that just died. I got a screen a gray battery that just sat there. It would not turn on. I tried using the wall charger over night and it did not help. I went to the Sprint store and they said the battery was bad. I went to Batteries plus for a new battery that they let me try in the store before buying and it did the same thing as the old battery. My question, is there any way to get the photos off of the phone. They were not on the SD card. I think I know the answer is no but I am hoping there is something I just don't know about. Thanks for the help.

Unless you were rooted I don't think you will be able to access the photos. Even then, you'd at least need to be able to get the phone on.
