samsung cell phone died it is one week old

Can anyone tell me if you had this problem? I am now recharging the battery and it is charging. We'll see. If you can help would appreciate it. Thanks.

What exactly are you asking? Details would be nice. ?

The battery should last about a day if you use the phone regularly. I charge mine every night.

If it's one week old, and you experience *any* issues that aren't normal, return that bad boy.
