samsung core G18262 mobile charging problem

Hi i buy G18262 last 8 months back to day when i was plugged in charging overnight it was not charged.but i replaced and it keep it pc usb it was charging.even i was checked another mobile connect it. it was charging. so what happend ?

I'm confused. So when it was plugged into a wall outlet, it didn't charge, but when you plugged it into your PC's USB port, it did charge? In that case, I would suspect the plug that goes into the wall. Try another charging plug.
