Galaxy S5 S-View Cover not working properly

[AC Question]

I have a bought a S-View Cover

When i connect it to my phone , the auto lock and unlock feature works , but the Screen Stays black!!

and when i receive a call , i dont receive it in the S-View window , instead , the entire S5 screen turns on (like there is no cover on)

so i went to settings-->accessories , and i actually have found S-View settings , so it means that the cover has been recognized by my phone !!


so what should i do?

I don't have the anwser. I had the same problem . It worked fine and shortly after, it stopped and now I can't even find the s view option anymore
