my SG tab 2 isn't charging nor working

[AC Question]

so yesterday i was using my tab and it worked perfectly when 15 % battery was left i connected to the charger (i got a new charger a week before ) it wasn't charging so i changed the switch , it wasn't again so when i tried to open my tab it switched on but won't go further then the lock screen like when you swipe i tried swiping it won't happen so i tried to power off no option came it only switch off and on so i put it on charger for all night but nothing happen

Welcome to Android Central! Sounds like a hardware problem. You might have loosened or disconnected something when you opened it up. You could either try to open it up again and check all the connections, or bring it to a repair shop.
