I've been in windows phone world for the past few years, and I'm thinking about going back to android. however, i love the nokia camera app that gives the ability to manually control white balance, focus, shutter speed, ISO, and EV balance. are there any android phones out there (or similarly any camera apps) that provide this feature? the only one I can think of is the new HTC One M8. Its sense camera has manual controls.
