phone isnt showing signal

[AC Question]

so I was having phone problems before I backed up everything. when I first got my phone the 4G signal was showing and now its not. I cant tell if I even have any data but I am able to make calls and text.

Have you checked the settings in networks?

Are you able to use the internet on your phone?
I'd take it into carrier store and see if they can help you out.
